As the NCO Operations Coordinator Lead, Mathia Biggs coordinates and interacts with individuals in government agencies, universities, international organizations, and nongovernmental organizations. Tia serves a the manager of the resource library on globalchange.gov, and assists the engagement coordinator with providing materials and support to a variety of climate workshops, conferences, and meetings.

Prior to joining USGCRP, Tia worked at the Public Education Network to raise money for disadvantaged and financially constrained teens to attend college or vocational school after graduating from high school. Tia studied Communications with a minor in Public Relations at Florida A&M University.
