Joshua Hernandez is the NCA Staff Specialist of the U.S. Global Change Research Program's National Climate Assessment (NCA) team. His duties include supporting the development of the NCA and other aspects of the Program as needed. Prior to joining USGCRP, he served as a staffer in a U.S. Senate office. Joshua holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Amherst College.
