Ashley serves as the Health Program Coordinator for the USGCRP National Coordination Office. In this role, she facilitates the integration of health-related activities across USGCRP, coordinates the Interagency Crosscutting Group on Climate Change and Human Health (CCHHG), participates in coordination efforts for the Fourth National Climate Assessment and supports other interagency working groups. Prior to joining USGCRP, Ashley worked at the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget where she assisted with the development of the MiSTEM Network. Ashley earned an M.P.H. in Environmental Health Science, a graduate certificate in Risk Science and Human Health and a B.S. in Evolutionary Anthropology at The University of Michigan. She is also currently a Doctor of Public Health candidate in Environmental and Occupational Health at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health where her dissertation research focuses on assessing responses to climate communications through mass media.
