NOAA, on behalf of the U.S. Global Change Research Program, has issued a Federal Register Notice seeking public feedback on the annotated outlines of each chapter of the Fifth National Climate Assessment . The annotated outlines can be accessed by visiting USGCRP’s Review and Comment System . This opportunity runs through February 20, 2022. The U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) seeks public comment on the proposed themes and framework for NCA5. Please refer to the Federal Register Notice for the full text of the NCA5 Draft Prospectus. More information on NCA5, including the draft timeline and frequently asked questions, can be found here .
