The 148-page Highlights book presents the major findings and selected highlights from Climate Change Impacts in the United States: The Third National Climate Assessment. The Highlights report is organized around the National Climate Assessment’s 12 Report Findings, which take an overarching view of the entire report and its 30 chapters.
This 20-page booklet provides a high-level compendium of Climate Change Impacts in the United States: The Third National Climate Assessment. The Overview covers the most important impacts at the national level but does not attempt to provide a comprehensive summary of the entire assessment.
The National Climate Assessment (NCA) Report Series summarizes regional, sectoral, and process-related workshops and discussions being held as part of the Third NCA process. The workshop on scenarios for research and assessment of our climate future was held in Arlington, Virginia on December 6-8, 2010. Volume 6 of the NCA Report Series summarizes the discussions and outcomes of this workshop.
This workshop focused on monitoring changes in the physical climate system, as part of a series that includes workshops on the impacts of climate change on ecosystems and socioeconomic systems. The workshop was held in Washington, D.C. on March 29-30, 2011.
