The Climate Literacy Framework
Climate Literacy: The Essential Principles of Climate Science is an interagency guide that provides a framework and essential principles for formal and informal education about climate change. It presents important information for individuals and communities to understand Earth's climate, impacts of climate change, and approaches for adapting and mitigating change. Principles in the guide can serve as discussion starters or launching points for scientific inquiry. The guide can also serve educators who teach climate science as part of their science curricula.

The Energy Literacy Framework
Energy Literacy: Essential Principles and Fundamental Concepts for Energy Education presents energy concepts that, if understood and applied, will help individuals and communities make informed energy decisions. The intended audience for this document is anyone involved in energy education. Used in formal educational environments, this guide provides direction without adding new concepts to the educator's curriculum. This guide is not a curriculum, but offers a framework upon which curricula can be based without prescribing when, where, or how content is to be delivered.
Wildlife & Wildlands Toolkit
The Climate Change, Wildlife, and Wildlands Toolkit is an interagency project developed to aid educators in teaching how climate change is affecting the Nation’s wildlife and public lands. The Toolkit is designed for classroom teachers and informal educators in parks, refuges, forest lands, nature centers, zoos, aquariums, science centers, etc., and is aimed at the middle school grade level. Access the Wildlife & Wildlands Toolkit.
