purpose of this regional assessment of potential climate change impacts
on the New England Region (the six New England states plus upstate New
York) is to provide a local perspective on a global issue. The intent
in producing this Overview document is to provide the most
current insight on the topic of climate change, focused on local issues
and concerns, in a relevant and accessible format of use to the public.
