Subcommittee on Global Change Research (SGCR)
The purpose of the Subcommittee on Global Change Research is to plan and coordinate the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP), as described in the Global Change Research Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-606). The Subcommittee is made up of representatives from each of the thirteen agencies that participate in the USGCRP.
